🛒 Orders & Payments
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and complete payment.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Please contact us as soon as possible at grace@kitchenwaregrace.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make amendments.
🚚 Shipping
Where do you ship to? We ship worldwide! Our products are fulfilled from warehouses across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia — whichever is closest to you.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and package size. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our promotions page for current offers.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties? For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at grace@kitchenwaregrace.com. We'll work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
What condition must items be in for a return? Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
How do I start a return? Email us at grace@kitchenwaregrace.com to initiate a return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
What if I received a wrong or defective item? Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at grace@kitchenwaregrace.com. We'll make it right.
I'm in the EU — do I have additional rights? Yes! EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
